It’s not arrogant that Matthew Boling expects a lot from NCAA 2022 indoor championship, even a lot of people shared in that notion.
But the NCAA 2022 indoor did not go according to plan for the multiple talented Boling. First, he entered for triple events. On the first event; long jump which he was his favourite he could not produce his form to capture the winning jump needed but still had a good jump to place third with 7.86m.
Then followed by 60m, but despite running personal best of 6.56s in the heat, in the final he could only mustered 6.63s fifth place finishing.
Then finally in the 200m he won last year, he was too fatigued to kick home any fast time as his fatigue-dimishing coordination earned him disqualification.
