It all went against prediction at the final of women 60m at world indoor championship on Friday (18).
Ewa Swoboda the world leader and pre-championship favourite was dazed as Switzerland Mujinga Kambundjisui got her life time best of 6.96s to win while American Mikiah Briscousa was second in 6.99s and her fellow American Marybeth Sant-Priceusa was third in 7.04s with Ewa Swoboda fourth in the same time.
The duo Jamaican, Shericka Jackson and Brianna William was left in fifth and sixth in 7.04s and 7.04s. The interesting things about the race was that all the finalist except Ewa recorded their personal best.
