The Birmingham World Indoor Tour on Saturday (25th) was first set alight in the 60m female heat as Asher- Smith Dina breaks her own British record after qualified for final in 7.03s. She then later won the final in 7.05s.
In the 1500m men, the Scottish Neil Gourley who seems to have adapted well to his coach, Mark Rowland technique nailed the British indoor by winning in 3.32.48s; dragging Spaniard Michaal Adel into 3.33.28s new national record.
The best race was reserved for the last as mercurial Hodgkinson Keely was not disappointed as she flied into a new British 800m national record of 1.57.18s.
Earlier on, American Holloway Grant won the 60m hurdle in an impressive meet record of 7.35s. Also in 3000m female, Ethiopian Tsegay Gudaf recorded a meet record of 8.16.69s.
In the long jump, American Dendy Marquis won in 8.07m while Swedish Montler Thobias with tired legs came sixth with 7.63m. Kerr Hamish 2.28m won the high jump.
