Former World champion Christian Coleman was in an impressive start of the season opener at Razor Invitation in Arkansas track on Friday (28). Coleman took the shine of the day in open 200m invitation by winning by a mile in 20.64s to second place Jaheel Hyde 21.40s.
In the 200m, Kennedy Lightner continue his impressive form by winning in 20.71s while Robert Gregory and Jacory Patterson finished in 20.74s and 20.83s respectively.
Nigeria African champion, Raymond Ekevwo was disqualified in the 200m.
Jeremiah Davis blasted the long jump with his scintillating 8.21m jump while Jamaica Careh McLeod followed suit with 8.09m jump.
The day was actually belonged to Lamara Distin after clearing 1.90m collegiate lead in the high jump. The long jump female was won by Jasmine Moore with 6.58m compare to Ghana Deborah Acquah 6.50m.
